European Union
For orders up to €150 our EU customers do not need to worry about customs formalities and should receive their goods without any further charges. Your local Import VAT will be calculated at checkout and included in the price payable. This means you can be confident in your purchase knowing you won’t have any unexpected charges.
For orders €150 and over the VAT will be deducted and you you may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient.
Rest of the World
Goods sold by Babette-wasserman.com which are dispatched to addresses outside of the European Union are generally not subject to EU VAT. When ordering goods from Babette-wasserman.com for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches your country. Christmas and Bank Holiday Deliveries
Please be aware that UK public holidays will affect your expected delivery date. Orders are not dispatched or delivered on bank holidays.
Please allow at least 10 working days before Christmas Day to make sure your order arrives before Christmas. At this time of year, we cannot guarantee the usual delivery times.
We are closed between Christmas and New Year. Deliveries resume as normal from January.
