TAKING CARE OF YOUR JEWELLERY

Babette Wasserman jewellery is meticulously crafted using the finest materials and techniques. Here are some tips to help you keep your jewellery looking its best:

• Store your jewellery in a clean dry place such as its box or pouch when not being worn to prevent tarnishing and damage.
• Use a dry lint-free cloth to gently wipe the surface of your jewellery to restore its shine.
• For a deeper clean in a stone set design, use a soft-bristled brush, mild detergent, and lukewarm water to clean your jewellery.
• Avoid contact with chemicals found in perfume, hairspray, makeup, nail polish remover, sunscreen, deodorant, and household cleaning sprays to maintain the quality of your jewellery.
• Remove your jewellery before showering, bathing, or swimming to prevent damage.
• Avoid wearing your jewellery during activities that involve physical impact or rough handling such as sports, working out or manual labour.
• Regularly inspect your jewellery for loose stones, damaged clasps, or signs of wear.
• Periodically have your jewellery checked by a local expert.

FINE JEWELLERY

Each piece is handmade using 9 or 18 carat gold and precious stones such as diamonds and sapphires which are responsibly sourced.

Bespoke pieces can also be made in platinum and many other precious stones.

We provide a Certificate of Authenticity with our fine jewellery and bespoke jewellery.

SILVER JEWELLERY

Our sterling silver jewellery is plated with rhodium, 18 carat rose gold, or 18 carat yellow gold.

Many designs feature Cubic Zirconias, Swarovski crystals and other semi-precious stones.

MEN’S JEWELLERY

Most of our cufflinks are made from base metal with rhodium or gold plating, we also have a sterling silver collection which is rhodium plated.

Many cufflinks feature detailed hand enamel work, Swarovski crystals and semi-precious stones.

Bracelets are usually made with steel and leather or natural semi-precious stone beads.

PRODUCT STANDARDS

Our products are Lead and Nickel free and meet international standards of jewellery set by REACH.
